Starting our services of Matrix Algo or using the services of Matrix Algo constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

• Only one individual may access this Dashboard using the username or password that has been provided to you. Matrix Algo reserves the right to terminate an individual IDS at any time based on violations of the Terms of Service. You may not use any automated computer program to access or retrieve Content from this Dashboard. In addition, you may not copy, redistribute, disclose, forward (by e-mail or otherwise), furnish or sell any of the Content or your password/username to any third party. All rights not granted hereunder are expressly reserved to Matrix Algo and its licensors and information and content providers.
• Third Party Websites, Services, and Software. The web site may link to, or promote, web sites or services from other companies. You agree that Matrix Algo is not responsible for, and does not control, those websites and services.
• Compliance with Applicable Law. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the use of Matrix Algo dashboard and web site.
• Limitation of Liability; Disclaimers of Warranty. Matrix Algo is not a registered broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser. You understand that Matrix Algo and Matrix Algo services will not advise you personally concerning the nature, potential, value or suitability of any particular security, portfolio of securities, transaction, investment strategy or other matter. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own financial decisions.
• Matrix Algo Refund Policy. We have no refund policy. If you have any queries or concerns regarding anything you may first explore Matrix Algo services before payment.
• Matrix Algo is not registered with SEBI. It’s a pure software development support & service industry. Matrix Algo work on algorithm formula based strategy. We do not provide recommendation calls & information in the stock market. We build only software, support, maintenance, services, and strategy & develop formulas.
• The software will be given to the User/Client only once by the first party. The person to whom the ID will be purchased by the User/Client, and all the incidents, profit and loss from the said software will be the responsibility of the User/Client , because the User/Client is well aware of the information, the profits that will be reduced from them- The loss liability will be of your User/Client only. Matrix Algo will not have any liability.
• The software is manufactured and sold by the Matrix Algo from the computer, the software is manufactured by our development team and those team members are well aware of the information and technology act 2000. In no way shall you, the User/Client be liable for damages, profit or loss caused by hacking or server down or technical problems or other interference with the Matrix Algo and its employees. Any technical issues related to the said software by the first party, such as server down or the above technical problems, we will try to solve them.
• That whatever we will be asked to build by the User/Client to the first party, we will not share it with anyone else by the Matrix Algo and we will not breach the confidentiality by the first party.
• The liability of the User/Client will be that if the software is hacked by someone, then the Matrix Algo will not be responsible for the damage and trouble caused by the data strategy link (breach of privacy) caused by it.
• I/We agree to be bound by all the rules, bye-laws and regulations of the Exchange and the circulars issued thereunder and the rules, bye-laws of SEBI and relevant notifications of the Government authorities as may be in force from time to time.
• I / We will not make any guaranteed return of any kind, expressed or implied, in relation to any client financial market and investment.
• I / do authorise the Matrix Algo to take any appropriate action against me / us. If I/We run a scheme which deceives any investor and violates the rules, bye-laws, regulations and ongoing regulations of the Exchange and SEBI. Notifications of Government Authorities as may be in force from time to time.
• In future Matrix Algo or the User/Client , whichever party wants to terminate the service of the  software, for this, the first party,  and the User/Client , will have to give notice in writing.
• I / We suggest all our User/Client to first deploy any strategy in virtual trading (paper trading) before deploying that strategy in live trading (real trading).
•  I have read & accepted the Terms and Conditions pertaining to the organisation.
